We believe that our refund policy should be clear and fair to our Members.

How To Cancel Your Subscription or Membership

Please contact us by email with “Cancel Subscription” in the subject line if you wish to cancel your subscription or membership. Email contact may be initiated from the Contact Us page.  A link to the Contact Us page is provided at the bottom of every page on our web site. You may cancel at any time but partial month refunds or credits are not given, unless you are upgrading to Premium Membership.

Definition of a Membership Month

Unless a calendar month is specified a Membership Month runs from the date the subscription or item was purchased until the same date less one day the following month.  For example a month may be from July 17 to August 16 inclusive, or from January 4 to February 3 inclusive.

Money Back Guarantee

We offer a money back guarantee for 30 days so that prospective Mambers can investigate our service fully before making a commitment. We trust that you will devote an appropriate amount of time and effort to ensuring that our service is beneficial to you before the trial period expires.

During the money back guarantee period your credit card will be charged, your check will be cashed or other payment will be taken. Upon cancellation a check will be dispatched to you within three days for the amount you have paid.

Cancellation Takes Effect at The End of a Membership Month

After the money back guarantee period our service is payable monthly in advance. If you cancel you will continue to receive the service until the end of your Membership Month. Partial month refunds or credits are not given. At the end of the month your membership status will be changed to Subscriber, which is free. Should you wish to be removed altogether from Subscriber privileges and from our mailing list please notify us by email.

How to Calculate Refunds or Credits on Discounted Memberships

Prepaid memberships for periods longer than a month are deeply discounted. If you cancel before the end of the period your membership will continue until the end of the month in which you cancel. At that time your membership will be recalculated at the monthly rate. For example, if you prepaid an annual membership but cancelled during month 7, you would be entitled to a refund or credit equal to your annual membership less seven monthly Memberships.

Refund or Credit = Annual Membership Amount – (Monthly Membership Amount x Months Used)

If the total of the monthly Memberships used is greater than the annual membership no refund or credit is due, and your membership will be continued until the end of the prepaid period, unless you request immediate cancellation. At the end of the prepaid period your membership status will be changed to Subscriber, which is free. Should you wish to be removed altogether from Subscriber privileges and from our mailing list please notify us by email.

How to Calculate Quotes on Upgraded Memberships

If you are a Monthly Member and upgrade to Annual Membership the new Annual Membership will start, and the Annual Membership fee will be charged, at the end of the Membership Month.

One-Time Purchases of On-Line Items

For on-line books, special reports and one-time purchase items a full refund or credit will be due if you are not satisfied and notify us within seven days of the date of purchase.  Please notify us by email and quote the Order Number.

One-Time Purchases of Physical Items

For physical books, special reports and one-time purchase items a full refund or credit will be due if the items are returned and received by us in good condition within 14 days of the date of purchase. In addition, a full refund or credit will be due if we are notified by email quoting the Order Number within 14 days of the date of purchase, and the items are returned and received by us in good condition within 21 days of the date of purchase.

Payment of Refund or Credit

We endeavor to make refunds or credits within 10 days of the end of the calendar month in which the credit was requested, or membership cancelled. Refunds are normally made by check.

Shared use of credit cards

If you have authorized someone else to use your credit card and they make a purchase on our website without your knowledge, you are still responsible. If you think you have been a victim of fraud, please see the "Identity Theft" section of this website.
