How to Analyze the Stock Market

Every investor needs to know about the stock exchanges, the major indexes and the sectors into which the stock market is divided. This is the section that provides that education, and, for good measure, education about Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs). Many ETFs represent sectors of the market.

Of course, to be complete your education needs to include something about related markets. They are the bond, commodities, derivative, currency and overseas markets whose movements indicate conditions that can move the stock market.

Hence the education in Market Analysis is organized into:

  • Stock Exchanges
  • Major Indexes
  • Market Sectors
  • ETFs
  • Related Markets

You will find dozens of Internet sites that will educate you on these topics under Market Analysis at the FIFTITM Education page.
